Old Green and Turquoise All Around
Since I'm out for a long walk again, I preferred to be dressed on a winged Old green top and a turquoise skorts (skirt-short). Both are made out of cotton and even if it's too hot outside, it won't be a problem because these two pieces are perfect wear for a sunny day. Since it's gonna be a long walk, I chose not to wear high platform wedges. Although, it does make my legs appear longer and I do look tall when I'm on a wedge, I guess this day, I don't want to torture my good old feet ;)
Since I'm on a plain top and a plain skorts, it would look really dull if I won't be wearing any piece to accessorize myself, right? Why not try a Bubbles' tassel necklace to glam it up?
For my hair, I decided to braid it then pull the end over. I brushed my bangs to the side because it's already irritating my eyes. I feel really comfortable with this get up. Now, I'm ready for the lonnnnnggggg walk.
First stop is at Department of Foreign Affairs at Pasay, Manila. I and Patrick will be having our first out of the country trip this coming July during our first year anniversary and of course, we do need a passport. Funny thing is we got the tour package before we ever decided to get a passport. It's a pretty good package. A round trip air fare, hotel accommodation for 4 days, day tour trip at Hong Kong, and ticket for Disney land.
We arrived too early for the appointment which is 8 am. We ate at Mc Donald's which is just across DFA. Patrick and her sister finished applying for a passport at exactly 9 am. Where to go on an early Friday? We decided to visit Baclaran church. There's a big prayer room before the church entrance. There are white candles which are given to the visitors for free. You can light them and say a little prayer before leaving. I think that's the first time after so many months that I prayed again.
Next stop is Mall of Asia. It's good to be on flats when walking in this humongous shopping mall.

Hi there Goof! Where's Mickey and the rest of the gang?
We had a very fun filled day. It's tiring but it's good to get out some time to see other places. It's good to just sit under a coconut tree while eating TJ's. Walk around and play like you've never been any older through the years :)
